Mike demonstrated that effectiveness, when an initial offer was presented, and can only be described as "to low", and encouraged me to reject that offer, and to make a counter one for me. As preparations continued, and interrogatories were taken, another offer was made. Mike indicated that this was a better offer, and should be considered, but his intuative sense indicated a counter offer would bring better results, if stated carefully.
