Motorcycle accident.

After interviewing a few personal injury attorneys to represent me after my motorcycle accident, I decided that Mike Bottaro was the best for me, and two years later, my intuition was spot on. During the interview process, where I presented the facts of my case, I was questioning Mike as to how ag...ressive and assertive he would be in representing me against the insurace company. His answers evoked a balance between self assured confidence, and willingness to be my advocate to protect my rights, and gather an award that I should be entittled to. Mike prepared my case will cool efficiency, as though he was preparing for a trial, and left no potential avenue un-resolved. He ensured that I take the steps necessary to present at trial, such as DR's appointments, rehab, critical to my case. Mike knows what is needed, and will give you the unvarnished truth as to what is expected of you, and of the defending insurance company. Mike demonstrated that effectiveness, when an initial offer was presented, and can only be described as "to low", and encouraged me to reject that offer, and to make a counter one for me. As preparations continued, and interrogatories were taken, another offer was made. Mike indicated that this was a better offer, and should be considered, but his intuative sense indicated a counter offer would bring better results, if stated carefully. This is the type of representation that you want, an assertive, hungry attorney willing to do the extras to represent you, and get fair compensation. With Mike, I received both. -Joe H.

Hi Mike, We just wanted to drop a short note to thank you again for taking on Pat's case as our personal injury lawyer,especially after the other "Well Known Law Firm" dropped our case two months before the statute of limitations would run out (probably because there had been no offer of settleme...nt made.) You really impressed us with the way you promptly filed suit,and followed up with depositions and site inspections,showing us a level of professionalism that had been missing with our first attorney. I appreciate the way you took the case all the way to the day before trial and made the defendents take us seriously enough to finally offer a fair settlement.
