Car accident

Thank God I called Mike.... I was involved in a rear end collision with injuries to my head, back and neck. I had never experienced such trauma and was unsure how to proceed. Mike and his team handled my case from start to finish and kept me in the loop which gave me piece of mind. They were pr...ofessional, knowledgeable and very understanding. I am very appreciative of all their hard work. With the Bottaro Law firm on my side , I was able to pay my medical bills and get the results I was entitled to. I hope not to need Mike’s service again but if I do , I will not hesitate to call Mike again.

Caring and compassionate attorney

I have only great things to say about personal injury attorney Mike Bottaro and his firm! My experience with my injuries was very unpleasant, but Mike and his team showed compassion and expertise, handling my case patiently, proficiently, and with the utmost care. While Mike has a great team that han...dles a myriad of details, he personally responded to emails, phone calls and in-person meetings. He is remarkably accessible, and was very directly involved in the process from beginning to end. He has compassion, and I always felt he was concerned for me personally. This is not just about a legal case to him, but it is also very much about shepherding his clients through the very painful process of healing and recovery. In short, Mike cares. I also wanted to mention Kellianne, who was extremely helpful in providing excellent step by step assistance during this trying time in my life. She is great! And also I am thankful to Jona, who came to visit me at the hospital. Thank you, Jona! While I wish I never got hurt, I am very pleased with the results Mike Bottaro delivered, and I am so grateful he and everyone at the firm was there to help me along the way. Best lawyer Ever

Fantastic attorney, extremely satisfied

While visiting Rhode Island with my family, our vehicle was struck by a distracted driver. Mike Bottaro aggressively advocated for our rights. The range of injuries sustained in the accident meant that, despite very simple facts surrounding the accident, this would be a complicated case to navigate. ...Attorney Bottaro and staff expertly coordinated between the injured members of my family, our wide range of medical providers stretched across two states, our insurance company, and the at-fault driver's insurance company. They made sure that we were able to get the care we needed and to focus on healing rather than having to expend our limited energy and resources fighting with insurance companies to get treatment. But what about the results? Attorney Bottaro and staff, working closely with us and listening carefully to our needs and the recommendations made by our healthcare professionals, were successful in securing the full policy limit for each of us, covering our current expenses and providing us with the means necessary to manage our new life-long injuries going forward.
