First off let me say that my first ever experience (not this one!) with lawyers was terrible. I had to all but pin down my lawyer onto a wall to get answers from him about updates on my case, etc.... From the moment I walked into Mike Bottaro's office I could tell it was going to be different. He fou...ght for me and hard. Him and his team treat you like family! They care about you, make sure everything is going well with treatment (if it's applicable to your case, which it was for me!) and genuinely do their darn best to help you get whatever you need to help things move along easier for you.
