Great Lawyer!

I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020. I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman. My case was ...kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early. Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. He made sure that in the weeks leading up to the court date he and I were both thoroughly equipped with all the documentation we needed to aid us in emerging victorious. What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation. Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much. The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us. Again, this review is not to guarantee a win should you hire Gregory Hoffman, but my opinion based on my personal experience is; if you do hire Mr. Hoffman, your chances of coming out on top and satisfied with your outcome are pretty high. ;)

Attorney Greg Hoffman’s Services Bring Honor to the Profession of Law

I hired attorney Hoffman to represent me in an insurance claim after a bad car accident. I met with him at his office where he was punctual and courteous. Greg explained all the possibilities involved in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all the questions I had. During the months the ...process flowed smoothly and I was encouraged to call at any time with other questions I may have had. The claim ended successfully. I was so impressed with the level of service and kind friendly professional character of Greg Hoffman that I hired him to do my will and estate planning. Due to the nature of my injuries he included the option of meeting several different places to get the needed information. He listened carefully and with empathy then produce accurate documents to be signed. Due to Covid-19 he improvised a safe procedure to get them witnessed and signed all while being extremely short staffed. I will continue to use attorney Greg Hoffman’s services as he is knowledgable, trustworthy, and efficient while being compassionate to the nature of personal situation.

Highly Recommend

I hired Greg Hoffman to defend me when my husband suddenly filed for divorce without warning. I was very worried about our daughter and what would happen with her custody. The case involved two states and extended across international borders. I was very scared and intimidated to say the least. ... Right from the start, Greg put all of my fears to rest. He reassured me that his job was to fight for me and to protect me and my daughter from false accusations and bullying behavior from my husband. Throughout the process, Greg took detailed notes and listened between the lines. He immediately crafted a strong defense strategy. Anytime, I had a question, he always made himself available to reassure me and keep me well informed about what was happening. He even provided occasional pep talks to keep my morale up during such an emotionally difficult time for me. In and out of the courtroom, I was proud to have Greg on my side. He was always respectful and he represented himself with intelligence, class and dignity. He believed in me and worked hard for a successful outcome. When he was finally presented with the information Greg had pieced together, my husband immediately dropped the case against me. He knew he didn’t have a chance. The case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Today I am using Greg as my attorney because I have filed for divorce against my husband. Now the case will be heard in my home state where my daughter and I have better rights and protections under the law. It was because of Greg Hoffman that I am in the more favorable position that I am today. Words cannot adequately express how thankful I am to Greg for all that he has done for me and my daughter.
