Biography
Gregory N. Hoffman focuses his practice on complex litigation in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in the areas of family law, criminal law, professional liability defense and contractual disputes. As a judicial law clerk, Greg researched and drafted numerous appellate opinions and orders as well as trial court decisions on a wide variety of civil and criminal cases, including employment discrimination, negligence, breach of contract, class actions, parental rights, and probate. During law school, he was a research assistant for Professor Michael H. Burger and he was a member of the Environmental Moot Court team.
