From startups to established enterprises, I help advise on corporate formations, operating agreements, employment and non competition agreements. I also help clients work through succession plans for family companies and mergers and sales.

Assisting clients prepare a comprehensive plan to insure that their goals and values are memorialized and executed. There is much a Will won't and I take the time to review all assets and make sure clients understand how al of their various assets will be administered whether through probate, trusts or powers of attorney.

Assisting clients with estate administration when someone had died, helping with guardianships. When beneficiaries are concerned their interests are not represented, assist them getting information and their rights protected.

In the estate planning or administration process, I advise clients of income, gift and estate tax impact of their decisions. I also prepare estate and gift tax returns as well as review these for beneficiaries seeking an understanding of how estate/trust assets are distributed.
