Biography
My life’s work has been to use my skill, experience and compassion to help people through the countless challenges they face after being injured. I have ratings of 10.0 from AVVO and AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ratings possible from the largest independent attorney review sites. I mention this not to brag, but only so you can trust I have the ability to help you when you are making the important decision of who to hire if you are in need of legal representation.
I'm now in my 25th year of helping injured people. My philosophy is to treat you the way I’d want to be treated if I were in your situation. I’ll work tirelessly to make sure you get justice. My main goal is to earn your respect through the quality of the service I provide.
The past 25 years and my entire professional life have been devoted to the practice of injury law. I gained invaluable experience by working at every position in a busy personal injury firm during law school. I fetched coffee, ran errands, gave rides to clients, answered phones and performed paralegal support work. I was hired as an associate attorney by this same injury firm after graduating from law school.
After working for several years as an associate attorney handling personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, I founded my own firm in 2002. By learning every aspect of personal injury practice from the ground up, I bring a unique perspective to my representation of clients that provides you with exceptional attention to every detail of your case.
Every injury is personal to me. You can trust that I have the skill, experience and dedication to help you. I limit the number of cases I take in so I can handle each case personally. I put my experience to work for you so that you can be assured that you will receive the maximum compensation possible for your injuries.
No fees or expenses are charged unless we recover compensation for you. Flexible appointments are available to meet your needs. I can even come to you if your injury prevents you from being able to get to my office.
In addition to my experience, our former long time paralegal was a claims manager at a major national insurance company for many years. This provides us with an edge that many firms don’t have. Since we know things the insurance companies don’t want you to know about how the claims process works, we can obtain the best compensation possible for each case.
