Melinda J Kwart

Contacted Percy Law Group twice on separate occasions, once for elder law and once for copyright law concerns. No response for either. Then I was named a devisee in a will and notified by Melinda Kwart. I paid for an attorney NOT affiliated with Percy Law Group only to discover I was never a devis...ee at all, nor did they never apologized for this major blunder. When I first sought them out (prior to the will fiasco signed by Melinda Kwart) I accessed AVVO and was convinced by the high ratings. But after these THREE VERY POOR instances, I have no idea how Melinda or this group is getting such a high rating. I can only assume the source must be friends, relatives and coworkers. Steer clear.

Melinda wrote our Last Will and Testament plus related trusts which constitute a major part of our estate plan. She was amazingly patient guiding us through the process, making sure she fully understood our wishes and explaining all the legal jargon. She answered all our questions and we never felt... rushed. Part of the funding of our trusts required that we go through our local bank. The manager who reads a lot of trusts was quite impressed with the quality of Melinda’s work. We would highly recommend Melinda if you are looking for an accomplished attorney who will freely give you her time and who will provide you with excellent legal guidance.

Melinda Kwart is one of the smartest attorneys I've ever encountered.
