She earned her B.A. from University of Wisconsin -1979, and graduated from Duke University School of Law in 1983 with high honors. Ms. Kwart is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Delaware, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts located in those states.
Ms. Kwart was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She is married to Andrew A. Amatruda, Jr. They reside with their two boys in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
