Great advice and cares for his clients

I have been working with Michael on a complicated amendment to my divorce agreement and have found him to be amazing to work with. He is well prepared, intelligent, straightforward and only interested in doing what is right for his clients. He additionally does everything possible to make himself a...vailable when needed. Unlike other attorneys I have worked with, Michael is very thoughtful on how he spends your money. Given the opportunity I would have worked with Michael from day one and am fully confident that I would have secured a more favorable outcome. I would strongly recommend you have a discussion with Michael before choosing someone to represent you.

The Best

The only reason I came out of the divorce process in one piece was due to Mr. Flore's professional behavior and unparalleled expertise. I honestly do not think one could find a better representative and I know one could not find a better firm as he has assembled a team of people that are all highly ...skilled, considerate, and tremendously helpful. Having had some considerable insight into law (including some family law) and having assurances from my ex that the separation was going to be amicable, I originally hired Mr. Flores for a consult. I was immediately impressed by his patience and line of questioning - he provided all I needed and then some for an amicable divorce process. He had listened intently enough to foreshadow a few warning signs that I should have monitored, but in my hopes of moving on, I went about thinking that was going to be the only time I had to partake in his services. A few weeks later and the separation went from amicable to disastrous in about a hundred different ways at once. Michael was there for me every step of the way, without hesitation, with that same patience I had seen in the consult, and with guidance and expertise that I am confident no other firm would have been able to attain. As the situation escalated, I found him (and his team) guiding me on the weekends, late at night, early in the morning, whenever I needed it. And I needed a lot of guidance for a long while. The divorce itself is something that will take a possible lifetime for me to fully get over, but I know I would have been left in an unacceptable fiscal and emotional situation if I had picked any other firm which I had researched when my partner and I decided to separate. I wish there was something else I could say to articulate how amazing he and his team are and how much they differ from other law firms in their care and patience with clients, but I can't find the right words. So I'll end this by saying 'thank you for guiding me through the most difficult time in my life and helping me fight successively what seemed to be an impossible and hopeless situation.'

Do not divorce without Michael Flores by your side...

I am very serious when I recommend not divorcing without Attorney Michael Flores by your side...I did not begin the divorce journey with Flores from the outset but hired him to represent me after several years of custody litigation dragged on unsuccessfully while I was being represented by my origina...l attorney...knowing what I know now I would never again enter the courtroom without Flores...I personally learned why he is so well respected by his peers and the Family Court Judges here on Cape Cod...his knowledge of Massachusetts law is unparalleled. Flores listens, remembers the details, does the work, thinks things through, formulates multiple plans and keeps his word. Diligent is his middle name. He is thorough, organized and demonstrates solid documentation skills. His support staff is sharp, never dropped the ball and was always up to speed on what was going on in my case. My phone calls, emails and emergency situations were responded to immediately. Flores welcomed my constant questions, listened to my input and ideas and partnered with me. He is a true gentleman and his manner never failed to put me at ease---even in the stressful courtroom environment. That said, Flores is not timid in the courtroom and he always communicated his points across to the Judge in a strong, respectful, convincing and confident manner. He continually made me feel more secure when standing before that Judge's bench. But most of all, his compassion for my daughter, her situation and her best interest will always be the reason behind my sincerest gratitude toward him. Though you cannot ever anticipate the turns your divorce journey will take, with Michael Flores by your side you CAN count on the strongest and most diligent preparation and representation to steer you through it all with success...

Divorce Action...Concluded 11/15

I hired attorney Flores to represent me in a divorce action that came about because of an indiscretion on my part. Flores counseled me from the outset, explaining the process, what to expect and how to conduct myself if the divorce turned ugly. It proved to be invaluable advice. Although my wife ...and I chose mediation over litigation, Flores remained in the picture throughout providing cogent advice and cautions (which I often did not heed). It was after my wife and i signed the mediated settlement agreement that Mike showed his true worth. I was suffering at the time from a toxic reaction to a medication I take. This reaction affected cognitive functioning and led me to make a number of decisions that were contrary to my interest. When Mike received a copy of the agreement, he pointed out to me the inadvisable concessions I had made and assumed control of negotiations with my wife's attorney with the express purpose of "saving me from myself". This he did. He was able to obtain more money for me and also negotiated more favorable terms in respect of the timing of payments I owe to my wife. In total, he saved me $30,000 hard dollars and an indeterminate amount in soft dollars related to the changes in the timing of payments of monies that I owe. To summarize, I found Mike to be extremely competent, a fierce advocate of my interest, hardworking (I often spoke to him or traded emails in the late hours of the night and even on Sunday's), extremely polite, kind and understanding. I am thoroughly satisfied with his services and with him as a man.

Very professional and understanding

I was represented by Michael during a very contentious custody battle. The firm has excellent communication skills and Michael would update me daily if there were any new developments. Michael's advice also kept me from making mistakes that would've made my situation even more difficult. Without thei...r knowledgeable guidance of the legal system I would've been lost and I am eternally grateful for their help in resolving my custody issues.
