Red Bluff California's Top Attorney

Attorney Michael Dexter Florez is the talk amongst the law firms he is known for his street appearance but don't let that change your mind about him. He is aggressive in the court room and has been the first attorney ever in Red Bluff California to have just graduated law school and Hired on and have... already gotten 5 cases dismissed and overturned. He has made history. He was born in Fresno California, enlisted in the Marines served 13 years and got out owning his own business being placed in Forbes magazine's Top 10 successful business owners, and graduated from Stanford Law School as top 3 in class and passing the bar the first time with flying colors. What a story to tell...Cohen law Group has been placed in the top 4 as successful Law Firm's of the year ever since Attorney Florez was brought on. He has a high list of clients wanting him to represent them. Their is rumor that Warner Bros Studio wants to come out and interview Attorney Florez for a make of a Movie about his life, And to top it off Medal of Honor Recipient for his Braveness and saving 8 of his fellow Marines in a hour fire fight to get all on the helicopter and be left to fight and hold off the insurgents to get his Marines safely out. Amazing to have a true hero ...Thank you for your hard work and service.

Attorney Flores Review

I highly recommend Attorney Flores. Without the help of Attorney Flores and his team I would not have had as beneficial an outcome of my case as I did. From the outset, his team prepared me by spelling out how the entire litigation would go. In addition to this big picture approach, the team also was... expert at dealing with the seemingly endless details of my case. Through it all, Attorney Flores was calm, concise, and patient. Additionally, Attorney Flores and his team have been a great resource even after the conclusion of my case with advice on a wide range of matters as well as providing recommendations for other professionals for situations where I have found the need. Highly recommend.

Unprecedented focus and dedication

After completing the review process I outline below, I knew that Michael I. Flores was the attorney I needed to represent me in my 2012 divorce. When looking for an outstanding divorce attorney, one should look at three areas: (1) Knowledge of the divorce laws in your state, (2) Respect by peer atto...rneys, and (3) Respect of the Judges. Michael I. Flores was recommended to me by an attorney friend that practices in the estate part of the law business. However, prior to engaging Michael’s services I began with research on #1 above, his knowledge. Michael is a Fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and a former president of the Barnstable County Bar. He not only thoroughly understands the divorce laws, he conducts training and teaching sessions on various facets of the law for other divorce attorneys throughout Massachusetts. For #2 above, I interviewed several (more than 4) divorce attorneys in my search for the best representative for me. I concluded each interview by asking the following question, “other than themselves who would they hire as a divorce attorney”? Michael’s name came up each and every time I questioned a peer. Finally, I was able to determine that Michael is respected by the judges where he must argue his cases. What are these areas important? The knowledge is obvious; however, what is less obvious is the respect of his peers. Because Michael has a reputation for being prepared, professional, level headed and a man of his word, his peers know that he will not play games. This saves time when negotiating on your behalf, reducing the back and forth exchange of paper that sometimes accompanies contentious cases. Michael is extremely comfortable appearing in front of a judge and has their respect. This is critical both in negotiated settlements and if you should go to trial. The judges know that if Michael is bringing an issue forward or is standing firm it is for good reason. Judges too quickly identify those attorney’s that play games or claim the sky is falling regardless of the issue. Michael is comfortable preparing for and going to trial, however, he is reasonable if a settlement is the best option. Michael will give you the straightforward facts, even if they are not what you want to hear. He will inform you if your expectations are unrealistic and advise you to reconsider. Finally, with unprecedented focus and dedication, Michael will provide you with a professional and sustained superior effort, going above and beyond what is expected.
