Emir and his Associate Robyn are extremely high caliber that just happen to practice in Cape Cod, but are as good as the top lawyers in Boston I found. I hired them in a sticky case that might have had disastrous repercussions for me if it was not handled properly. They were quick to identify all the... pertinent facts, and to proceed in an organized and timely manner. Their responsiveness to emails and phone calls did not fall short at all. By the successful end of the case I felt like they were more family than they were someone i had hired. If you are in a tight spot call Emir, you will not regret it!

Emir's handling of our case was incredible. It started with the initial contact where he clearly stated his qualifications, background, and legal approach. After we hired him he immediately took action on our case and quickly assembled the information needed to assess the claim against us, and to pre...pare a defense. He took the time to prepare us for the time in front of the court. First with regards to what we should expect, and secondly how we should present ourselves in court. The preparation took far more time than the case and it ensured we were ready for our first and hopefully last court room experience. Emir was also great on the day of the hearing. His performance in court was exemplary and he was able to show that the complaint against us was unjustified and that the plaintiff was over reacting and did not have grounds for their claim. Emir is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with our experience with him. He helped us through an experience we had no idea of how to deal with and obtained the best result we could have hoped for. We would definitely call him again if the need arises (we hope it doesn't!).

Emir took my case which was a potential clerks magistrate hearing that turn into an actual clerks magistrate hearing after about 9mo. He was a consummate professional during the entire process. Emir was able to get me a CWOF and convinced the judge to reduce the probationary time from one year to just one month(!) even though the prosecutor did not agree with his recommendation.
