A trustworthy attorney to work with

My company hired Attorney Kornfeld to work on my H1B visa in spring 2014. I would highly recommend Attorney Kornfeld. She is available to answer all my questions all the timeand very responsive in emails. She helped me have my H1B approved in a short period of time and I would rank Attorney Kornfel...d 5 star.

Very reliable, knowledgeable and professional immigration attorney

Monique Kornfeld is a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional immigration attorney. Monique was highly recommended to me when I was searching for an immigration attorney. Every step of the way I got prompt and knowledgeable answers, even on Sunday nights! Most of the time I received email response...s mere minutes after sending my questions.

Definitely recommend her

I was selected on the Diversity Visa Lottery 2014, however it was just a half of the way to happy ending. Because without Monique Kornfeld's help I'm still a beginner immigrant applicant. Fortunately, I found her attorney office online and we started to contact with each other. I had a hundred of que...stions about visa process, documents and she was always patient, helpful. She was very fast with e-mails, all the time. So many times I justed waited a seconds for the answer. And this did me a friendlier, pleasant feeling. I felt that she worked really hard on my process. I appreciated that! She prepared me honestly, fairly for the final visa interview and we won! I got the green card!! The greatest day in my life - I'm a permanent resident of United States of America! Thank you Monique Kornfeld, you are one of the most correct people on the World! I will never forget your help, I can just recommend your company for all immigrant applicants! I came to New York, everything was new and now I'm a part of this new world! I feel I'm lucky because I could work with you! Thank you! However, if you are a DV Lottery winner and your number is available on the visa bulletin, then don't hesitate Monique Kornfeld is the best! Fantastic! Awesome! words aren't enough to describe her.

I had retained Monique Kornfeld for my permanent residency application. Monique has all the qualities of an ideal immigration lawyer. Some of these are: --Broad expertise in current immigration laws --A clear and concise explanation of these laws in lay man's term. --A detailed analysis of the ...case based on a comprehensive review of the documents. --A quick turnaround time for responses to each and every query (within 24 hours, within few minutes on many occasions, she even responded on weekends and after hours!!) --Timely updates on the case status. I would work with her anytime in future (if needed) and highly recommend her to everyone.
