I contracted Marion for my divorce and I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and attends to details in a timely manner. I had a complicated divorce which dragged out over a period of time, and Marion was on top of my case every step of the way. Her mediation skills enhanced the negotiation process. She was also able to recommend excellent business and financial advisors for my case who she worked with seamlessly, and maximized my outcome. I found Marion very easy to work with. I highly recommend Marion for divorce litigation.

I am a 66 year old male who began the divorce process over a year ago. Marion Wasserman was recommended to me by a mediator. When the mediation process became too difficult for me, I hired Marion and she advised me and supported me in a professional, caring, and meticulous manner throughout the process. Marion understands the legal and financial intricacies as well as the emotional difficulties of divorce. None of my worst fears happened; Marion, who is smart and experienced, turned out to be correct each and every time. On the day of the hearing on the divorce agreement, when I saw Marion standing there in front of the Norfolk County courthouse, I knew it was going to be all right. I have already recommended Marion Wasserman to friends.

Marion helped me through a difficult divorce proceeding over an extended period of time. She provided thoughtful, reasonable, empathetic, yet entirely pragmatic advice throughout. When difficult stretches of negotiation were encountered, or we hit a wall understanding specific intricacies of tax and insurance law, Marion worked hard to find ways to resolve the issue quickly and maintain momentum. I recommend Marion without reservation.
Fran Whyman, Family Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have known Marion Wasserman for many years. She is a highly respected member of the mediation and Collaborative Law communities. I have also worked opposite her in a Collaborative case in which she represented my client’s spouse. Marion demonstrates a combination of qualities that make her particularly successful at resolving challenging family law matters. She is knowledgeable about family law and intelligent, insightful and analytical. Her drafting reflects attention to detail. She brings compassion to the emotional challenges family law clients experience. She understands how important it is for clients to feel that their concerns are being heard and addressed. While she is an effective advocate, she works hard at finding solutions that address the needs and interests of each party. I enthusiastically recommend Marion for family law dispute resolution. I look forward to working with her again.
