Tim successfully represented my daughter in meetings with two school systems and their respective lawyers- as each school felt the other was legally responsible for providing continuing services to my daughter. The other lawyers clearly respected Tim and this went a long way in the meetings. Tim w...as always responsive to us and the two school lawyers which helped move things along. Before Tim was involved we were in the middle of a contentious battle with the two schools and felt that they were dragging things out trying to avoid providing services. After many frustrating months of trying to negotiate with the schools, it was nice to have a lawyer who returned phone calls and emails promptly and moved things along alleviating the additional frustration in trying to reach people in the schools.
