I went to law school in the 1970s because I wanted to change the world. I was fortunate to be able to work in public interest law for 25 years, working in legal aid programs in Nebraska, West Virginia, Worcester and Fitchburg. I ended my public interest career at the Disability Law Center where I discovered a deep and abiding interest in special education and a love for the families of children with disabilities that I represented. I left DLC in 2002 to concentrate on the representation of children with disabilities. Over the years, my life has been enriched by the families that I have met. I work hard to repay what I have learned over the years to the community of parents and individuals with disabilities.

He served our family extremely well during the years we struggled to obtain appropriate services for our grandson. He is te...

Plant a tree for this man on Mount Olive - He deserves it ten fold!
The 4096 character limit allocated for a review is woefully insufficient to highlight how extraordinary of a man and a professional Tim Sindelar is or how much he has and continues to contribute to the world of special education. Tim is quite bluntly a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, the embodimen...

Very knowledgeable, very helpful, can improve interpersonal skills
Brilliant, extremely knowledgeable in field, very dedicated to helping our family with our special education issue. He is obviously passionate about this area of law and seemed very concerned about us. He can sometimes be gruff and hard to deal with when under stress.

Good, reasonably priced attorney
Tim Sindelar was very honest about the merits of our case and hard working for us. He knows the law inside and out. I would highly recommend him.
"I've known Tim for many years. He is a tireless advocate for persons of all ages with disabilities. I can't recommend him highly enough."
