Tim is exceptionally compassionate and skilled in assisting parents with difficulties regarding their child's special education and educational needs. Being the parent of a special needs child, and an attorney, at first I didn't think I would need legal representation to help us get what our child needed. I was wrong. Tim is quite bluntly a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, the embodimen...t of kindness as well as generosity, and has the ability to advocate in the toughest of situations with the most difficult of personalities (i.e. opposing counsel, special education staff, the parents, the student) with grace, composure and influence. He has the respect of professionals on all sides of the table and at all levels of experience. My family has been blessed to have Tim in our lives for many, many years. No matter how much time passes between our peaks of need, Tim responds to us in rapid fashion and with enthusiastic engagement. He genuinely cares about each client, their journey, and their outcomes.
