Considered and Accurate advice

Tim did a great job for my family, representing us very well. He never over promised, and his advice was clearly based on a lot of personal experience in the area where our family needed help.

response and skilled

Tim is exceptionally compassionate and skilled in assisting parents with difficulties regarding their child's special education and educational needs. While his skills as an attorney are wide ranging, we can speak directly to his direction and aide to us in securing a change of placement for our son.... We provided us with a variety of scenarios to ensure we were informed and understood options and possible outcomes. With his determination and skills, the outcome for our son was what we had hoped and he is doing very well in the collaborative setting.

Don't waste your time with any other advocate.

Without question, Tim Sindelar is the only person who is competent and knowledgeable enough to provide the support and guidance that families of special need students require. He served our family extremely well during the years we struggled to obtain appropriate services for our grandson. He is te...mperate, courteous, and skilled in mediation. He speaks clearly, assesses the barriers to progress and finds resolutions against often seemingly impossible odds. I recommend Attorney Sindelar highly and unreservedly.

Simply the Best

Being the parent of a special needs child, and an attorney, at first I didn't think I would need legal representation to help us get what our child needed. I was wrong. I began researching attorneys and several advocates we had spoken with all recommended we call Tim. After one call I knew we had... found the person who could help us navigate the complex waters of SPED law. His knowledge of this area of law is second to none. He wears his passion for his work and compassion for his clients on his sleeves but he also keeps you grounded and reasonable. I have heard Tim speak at a few conferences held for both school officials and attorneys and have seen first hand the respect others in the field have for him, and on both sides of the table. We still have many years ahead of us before our child ages out of school. Tim is on speed dial. Although we hope we won't need him, I know he will always pick up the phone and listen to what we have to say. He will give us an honest assessment of where we stand as well as great advice about what steps we should take to ensure the best interest of our child. If you think you need a lawyer to represent to your child's rights, well then you probably do. I suggest you call Tim and see what he has to say. Good luck and remember who we are fighting for.

Plant a tree for this man on Mount Olive - He deserves it ten fold!

The 4096 character limit allocated for a review is woefully insufficient to highlight how extraordinary of a man and a professional Tim Sindelar is or how much he has and continues to contribute to the world of special education. Tim is quite bluntly a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, the embodimen...t of kindness as well as generosity, and has the ability to advocate in the toughest of situations with the most difficult of personalities (i.e. opposing counsel, special education staff, the parents, the student) with grace, composure and influence. He has the respect of professionals on all sides of the table and at all levels of experience. My family has been blessed to have Tim in our lives for many, many years. No matter how much time passes between our peaks of need, Tim responds to us in rapid fashion and with enthusiastic engagement. He genuinely cares about each client, their journey, and their outcomes. He has helped my family to achieve amazing results that were as creative as the situation demanded and as effective as the need required. He is always honest and straightforward. He has the ability to educate you and engage you in the learning experience. To sum it all up - my son would never become the amazing teen he is today without Tim's help. He is the reason I can sleep at night with a heart warmed by the knowledge that my son's needs are met and he IS reaching his potential.
