Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. I didn't know what to do and I was about to give up when a friend of mine gave me the number to Hamilton and Hamilton. He said they have helped him in the past and that he thought they could help me too.
I called Attorney Christopher Hamilton the same day, and explained briefly what had happened to me. He listened to all I was going through and immediately took my case. He immediately made me feel at ease with his professionalism and confidence. I knew it wouldn't be easy dealing with the department stores attorneys , but he never backed down. He fought for everything I deserved.. He was so helpful, and kept me informed during the whole process. The department store didn't want to give me anything for my injury, but in the end Attorney Hamilton negotiated a fair settlement which exceeded all my needs without me ever having to step into a courtroom.. I will use him for all my future legal needs..

Not only does Attorney Hamilton serves our country as an armed forces Colonel but he is also a very dedicated, trustworthy, committed and talented lawyer with the highest ethical standards.
I was recently taken advantage of by a contractor who accepted payment from me to complete a job but did not perform the services as were specified in the contract. I was out several thousands of dollars and overwhelmed by the thought of having to navigate the legal system on my own.
I contacted Attorney Hamilton and he immediately advised me of my rights and started the process of ensuring justice in my case. Attorney Hamilton possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills which are key for individuals like myself needing clarity and guidance in these types of matters. He is extremely thorough in his approach, highly skilled and knowledgeable of the legal system.
His commitment to resolving my case has far exceeded my expectations. If you, like me, have been treated unfairly and need a dedicated, skilled legal professional you can trust, I highly recommend Attorney Christopher Hamilton.

Chris represented me during an action while I was preparing for retirement from state employment in 2009. During consultation he detected a discriminatory timekeeping procedure for accrual of vacation/sick time for mobilized military reservists. Because Chris is knowledgeable, well versed in protections and entitlements for men and women who are military reservists he prepared an extensive and educational position for presentation to the employer. He articulated our position to the employer's legal counsel, my entitlements were restored. He was successful in settling our case short of formal legal action sparing me the stress of a long drawn out court proceeding.
He was fully prepared for our day in court if it became necessary.
