Employment Discrimination Representation

Chris represented me during an action while I was preparing for retirement from state employment in 2009. During consultation he detected a discriminatory timekeeping procedure for accrual of vacation/sick time for mobilized military reservists. Because Chris is knowledgeable, well versed in protect...ions and entitlements for men and women who are military reservists he prepared an extensive and educational position for presentation to the employer. He articulated our position to the employer's legal counsel, my entitlements were restored. He was successful in settling our case short of formal legal action sparing me the stress of a long drawn out court proceeding. He was fully prepared for our day in court if it became necessary.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
