Maura Melcher

Maura Melcher’s high levels of integrity and compassion carry over perfectly into her law practice. Her work with clients allows her to appear regularly in the Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk and Middlesex Probate Courts and she has even argued several cases at the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. Her attention to detail, ability to read a situation, and negotiating skills give her clients the advantage in any and all venues. Attorney Melcher spent time working as a judicial intern in the Plymouth Superior Court system in Brockton, MA as well as in the Norfolk Superior Court, Dedham, MA – gaining invaluable knowledge related to the inner workings of the courthouse. She spent time discussing case outcomes with the justices – learning how cases are decided and how to make the best arguments to achieve positive outcomes. She spent a year working for Bonner, Kiernan, Trebach & Crociata, a civil defense firm in downtown Boston, where she earned rave reviews and excellent recommendations from her superiors. She also worked for Davis Bruce, now retired Attorney at Law, who strictly specialized in criminal law. In 2012, she opened her own practice and specialized in Family Law and Estate Planning.
