Kassandra Tat

I contacted Kassandra Tat to represent my partner and I August 2020 when we purchased our first home. We grew up in eastern Massachusetts but were away for graduate school for 7 years so a lot changed, on top of the COVID-19 pandemic. Attorney Tat provided electronic documents for us to sign in a tim...ely manner so the sale of our home would not fall through. My partner and I thought finding a house would be the toughest part of the process, but turns out it would be finalizing the sale of the home! Attorney Tat maintained communication with us, the real estate agent that represented us, the seller's attorney and seller's real estate agent to ensure that everything was good to go. She retrieved outstanding permits from current and previous owners, along with a pool permit that was not filed in the city's electronic system! Attorney Tat provided legal information in a way that any person could understand, which was greatly appreciated. Contact with all parties was nonstop until closing date because Attorney Tat, my partner and I had many questions for the seller's team and she took every single concern seriously - there was no such thing as an inappropriate question with it comes to this significant investment as first-time home buyers. Attorney Tat was our strongest advocate to the end and I am so thankful that we had her in our corner!

Words can't describe how impressed we were with Kassandra. She is one of the most diligent, savvy and reliable attorney one could ask for. Kassandra was our closing lawyer and went above and beyond. Upon our purchase&sale process, there were a lot of bumps and seller's attorney and agent refused ...to cooperate. Unfortunately, our own agent was not reliable either and we had no one to rely on. Throughout the entire process, Kassandra kept us updated on where we're at and was already prepared for every single event. She even contacted many other parties herself for us to smooth our setup process. Whatever I could think of, she was already ten steps ahead. Upon closing, she would explain thoroughly on every item and made sure we understood the entire process. In addition, she would coordinate everything with our loaner. Needless to say, we felt like we barely had to do any work because of her diligence. Kassandra is the type of attorney that isn't focused on doing the bare minimum, she is committed to provide her clients the best experience and to foster a long-term relationship. It is well evident that she is passionate about her job, and most importantly, about people. Honestly the limit of words here doesn’t do enough justice to explain the amount of great work comes behind a great person on top of her job. Kassandra devised a plan from A-Z with backups and took all necessary precautions in order to prepare for my case. In addition to Kassandra was a great help as... a genuine person and became a very dependable friend whenever all hope was thought to be lost. Not at any moment would I ever see Kassandra with myself or another client left out of the blue. She is really the one to seek for legal help when the time is due.
