I was a not ready for the emotional stress I would feel when purchasing my first home in 2019. I was also going through a lot in my personal life as well. I can't remember how I found Kassandra, but I had the realtor I was working with switch to her firm for my signing and it was the best decision I... ever made. She helped talk me off the ledge a couple of times and since I didn't hire a realtor ( I was working off the the seller realtor), she offered me some great advice and explained things clearly to alleviate a lot of my anxiety. I would love to work with her again! Actually, I look forward to it. My home was purchased in 2019. Last year (2022) I reached out to her for more insight on another goal of mine, and she remembered me. She has a great memory for remembering people. It just another unique aspect of her character that makes you feel valued.

I contacted Kassandra Tat to represent my partner and I August 2020 when we purchased our first home. We grew up in eastern Massachusetts but were away for graduate school for 7 years so a lot changed, on top of the COVID-19 pandemic. Attorney Tat provided legal information in a way that any person could understand, which was greatly appreciated. Contact with all parties was nonstop until closing date because Attorney Tat, my partner and I had many questions for the seller's team and she took every single concern seriously - there was no such thing as an inappropriate question with it comes to this significant investment as first-time home buyers. Attorney Tat was our strongest advocate to the end and I am so thankful that we had her in our corner!
