Words can't describe how impressed we were with Kassandra. She is one of the most diligent, savvy and reliable attorney one could ask for. Kassandra was our closing lawyer and went above and beyond. Upon our purchase&sale process, there were a lot of bumps and seller's attorney and agent refused ...to cooperate. Unfortunately, our own agent was not reliable either and we had no one to rely on. Just when we thought we would lose the deal, Kassandra took it upon herself and did the job of essentially our agent, the seller's agent and attorney and took care of it all. She went back and forth with the town in order to pull the permits we needed in the p&s and more. She strategically negotiated for us with the seller's attorney and thanks to her working tirelessly, we were able to finalize the p&s step. Throughout the entire process, Kassandra kept us updated on where we're at and was already prepared for every single event. She even contacted many other parties herself for us to smooth our setup process. Whatever I could think of, she was already ten steps ahead. Upon closing, she would explain thoroughly on every item and made sure we understood the entire process. In addition, she would coordinate everything with our loaner. Needless to say, we felt like we barely had to do any work because of her diligence. Kassandra is the type of attorney that isn't focused on doing the bare minimum, she is committed to provide her clients the best experience and to foster a long-term relationship. It is well evident that she is passionate about her job, and most importantly, about people. Working with Kassandra through our new construction real estate deal was an absolute joy! There was an extensive rider to the P&S due to the project not yet being complete. New constru...ction deals rarely close on time and it was Kassandra's prompt responses and organization that kept our deal moving and on track.
