Working with Kassandra through our new construction real estate deal was an absolute joy! There was an extensive rider to the P&S due to the project not yet being complete. New constru...ction deals rarely close on time and it was Kassandra's prompt responses and organization that kept our deal moving and on track. Not only was Kassandra checking in with us regularly and keeping us informed timely, she was also very actively reaching out to the Seller's Attorney, the Agents and Lender involved to make sure all deadlines in our contract were met accordingly. There were quite a few times that Kassandra stepped up and went the extra mile for us to ensure we were getting everything we wanted in the transaction while keeping everything at a low stress level for us as the Buyers. Kassandra is able to connect with her clients on a personal level and really takes the time to make sure every question is answered - something we know from experience that not all attorneys do. Kassandra was instrumental in the handling of what I imagined could have turned out to be a web miscommunication and confusion. Her ability to provide understandable iterations of each step of the process really facilitated a stressful situation. All documentation that she prepared was clear, accurat...e and timely. With the understanding that many signatures were necessary, Kassandra was very accommodating with her schedule. Upon receiving signatures, there was always a thorough explanation of next steps as well as an opportunity to ask relevant questions.
