I consulted with Chris after being referred to him by a close friend in the legal profession who spoke very highly of him. After only a couple phone calls, he was totally there for me, without knowing all my complicated, specific circumstances. Several years ago, I had a consultation with Chris Phelan regarding plans to divorce my husband. I was not prepared to initiate the process at that time and was seeking information to plan the most appropriate course of action. He still has my $1,000.00.
