A Complete Failure

Dear Bill, I understand your frustration with the delay of your matter. But as you know, I was in regular contact with the court about the progress of your filing, and they were running VERY far behind. In fact, when I called to check on the status at one point, they said that they were still inputting cases received back in December! Meanwhile, you and I spent much time talking, meeting, planning and discussing the unique challenges raised by your situation - much of which was not billed to you. Then, after all of that, you directed me to halt the case entirely, and have it dismissed. You seemed relieved when the court returned the pleadings of their own accord - saving us the time and cost of obtaining a dismissal. I remain committed to seeing that your goals are achieved here in MA - if that is what you now intend. Please do call me to discuss ways that I may satisfy you and get your case back on track.
