Child Custody & Estate Expert

Attorney Zisko was able to help me get joint legal custody and significant shared parenting time with my son nearly 16 years ago. My relationship with my son's mother was "not the best" but Gwynne fought hard on my behalf to finalize an equitable custody agreement and quash my son's mother's (multip...le) attempts to circumvent or deny my right to be my son's father. Looking back now, and hearing from others who have gone through similar struggles with shared parenting, I realize just how fortunate I was to have found Attorney Zisko. She never wavered or backed down to the handful of attorneys that my son's mother used over the years and always ensured that my son's time with me and my family was prioritized. This summer, my son's circumstances changed significantly and I reached out to Gwynne again. After 16 years, I was once again able to lean on Attorney Zisko's sound legal advice to adapt to these changes. I have always found her to be professional, motivated and caring on my behalf. Your search for a high-quality family & estate attorney to represent your family's best interests ends here!

Highly recommend

I was referred to Gwynne by a friend. I was already divorced when my ex-wife served me with papers to amend our separation agreement. I contacted Gwynne right away and she got to work. She let me know that most of what was being asked was ridiculous, that helped me relax. Through several months... Gwynne helped me clean up the weaker areas of my agreement and negotiated an agreement that is closely followed by me and my ex, without constant arguing. I can now relax knowing the custody schedule is on autopilot with no surprises. Through the years, especially during the uncertainty of COVID-19, Gwynne has been there to offer advice on how to handle little situations that have popped up. She is a great resource and I am happy to know that I can reach out to her whenever I need legal advice.

Answer to our prayers

Gwynne Zisko was an answer to our prayers. I was an out of state Dad and my daughter was in danger and living in unsafe conditions. Gwynne helped me get a temporary order to remove my child from the threat and take her home and out of the state of MA. She helped me do what I was told was impossible. ...Later she prepared and we went back to court to get a permanent order. My daughter is safe and living a normal life with my wife and I in the Midwest. Because of Gwynne's knowledge and abilitits a child's life was changed. Sorry if that sounds dramatic, but it is. I picked Gwynne online from out of state. After one call with her I felt better and knew she was the right advocate to help our family. If you are looking for a professional that works for the child's well being - you found her!
