Josh Weinberger's practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation matters, such as personal injury (car accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, etc.), criminal defense, landlord/tenant disputes, and collections. He has tried cases in both the District and Superior Court, and has successfully argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court (Commonwealth v. Chiappini, 72 Mass.App.Ct. 188 (2008) and Commonwealth v. Ortiz, 58 Mass.App.Ct. 904 (2003). Additionally, he has enjoyed the opportunity to argue before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (Commonwealth v. Bowden, 447 Mass. 593 (2006)).
