Josh Weinberger's practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation matters, such as personal injury (car accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, etc.), criminal defense, landlord/tenant disputes, and collections. He has tried cases in both the District and Superior Court, and has successfully argued cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court (Commonwealth v. Chiappini, 72 . 188 (2008) and Commonwealth v. Ortiz, 58 . 904 (2003). Additionally, he has enjoyed the opportunity to argue before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (Commonwealth v. Bowden, 447 Mass. 593 (2006)).
