Jason Benzaken is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Northeastern University School of LA and he focuses on criminal defense at the trial and appellate levels, as well as on administrative law and civil rights litigation. Jason is also the Supervising Attorney for the Pilgrim Bar Advocates program, which administers the private counsel division of CPCS in Plymouth County, and Jason regularly lectures and teaches on topics such as new developments in the law, search and seizure, cell phone tracking, trial practice and appellate practice at continuing legal education programs and legal seminars. In 2012 he was named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in the Up and Coming category of the Excellence in the Law Awards.

my current lawyer
I was very fortunate to get Jayson as my lawyer. I went to jail on my original charge but jason was able to get a stay of execution and I'm currently fighting for my freedom from the streets. He has been more than a lawyer to me thru this experience. I would not only recommend him I would not use anyone else . He has kept me out of jail for over 18 months while we fight my now reopened case.

Jason Benzaken, stuck with me for almost 7 years fighting a battle that went all the way to the supreme court ( Troy J. SCHOELLER vs. BOARD OF REGISTRATION OF FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND EMBALMERS.
