Bettina M. Holton

I have had Bettina Holton as my lawyer to represent my on going child support issues with my dead beat ex husband. She presented all pertinent facts, and gone up against highend lawyers he hired,and there were many of them. In my interpetation of her skills is "She chewed them up and spit them out".... In the course of 8 years and numerous court apperances, I have always won my case. She is pricey, but with my results, she is worth every penny!!!!!!!

I've used Atty. Holton for family law in 2009-2010. She NEVER answers or returns my email, telephone calls, mail, etc. She has showed up late to court withOUT calling! Sometimes I am charged for travel time other times not for trial dates. I always pay on time in full and I've given her over $800...0 and she could care less about me & my case, which she knows nothing about even though I have given her ALL the tools she needs to help me win my case. Never hire her again and neither should you.

This lawyer's hourly fee is too high compared to her amount and quality of work produced. She claims that she knows your case but, then in the court room she fails to accurately recall the details. She does not connect to you and makes you feel like you are insignificant. She doesn't understand that... your life is changed dramatically by her ability to handle your case and that it is an emotional time for you.
