He treated me with respect, gave me guidance, answered all my inquiries, and followed up promptly. He is truly a very caring individual and I'm thankful to him for helping me during a diff...icult time in my life.

In response to the previous review from "Steve" on January 13,2016. My experience with Attorney Smeloff and his whole staff including his assistant you bad mouthed Amy Bardsley went above and beyond to help me!!! I couldn't say anything more than how pleased I was with Amy's fast responses to my call...s, emails and even weekend calls on her personal cell phone. What employee at any law office gives you their personal cell in case you need to contact them regarding your case. It seems to me that 8 months is kind of a stretch to say that YOUR attorney never called you back and his assistant lost everything. Your review is a disgrace in my opinion!!!

Without a doubt the most horrendous lawyer I have dealt with. Smeloff assistant Amy Bardsley has lost his or misplaced nearly EVERYTHING I've sent her. I have asked Richard to call me to discuss there pathetic operation and still 8 mos later he has NOT responded. This company is an absolute disgrace.... What a colossal mistake to hire them. NEVER AGAIN!
