Incompetent lawyer
Without a doubt the most horrendous lawyer I have dealt with. Smeloff assistant Amy Bardsley has lost his or misplaced nearly EVERYTHING I've sent her. I have asked Richard to call me to discuss there pathetic operation and still 8 mos later he has NOT responded. This company is an absolute disgrace....
