Best Short Sale Attorney around !!

In a world where Attorneys can get a bad name this guy is a everything they are not. I hired Andrew to represent me as the buyer on an extremely difficult short sale. I found him by luck searching for RE attorneys in my area. The sellers attorney, and especially the sellers broker were somewhat inc...ompetent in dealing with the issues and negotiating with the bank. They could not get anything done in a timely manner and left progress and bank negotiation at a stalemate for months. After much wasted time and frustration I found Andrew and offered the sellers his services to represent both sides neutrally and negotiate with the bank to get it to close. Well they agreed and it closed. There is not enough space in this block to say all the good things about this guy that I could. He is professional, personable and knows his specialty inside and out. He was responsive to every text, email or phone call ........even on weekends. He provided stellar service and is an ace in his field and you will not find a better guy to work with. If you have a short sale or difficult RE transaction this is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again in a minute.

Great Real Estate Attorney

Andrew Coppo served as my attorney for a short sale on a property that owned. The bank holding the mortgage had many difficult procedures that had to be followed and the process took much longer than anticipated. However, Andrew kept me informed, was always in direct communication with me and made ...the process move efficiently and effectively. I was extremely pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a short sale of their property.
