Excellent attorney to work with

Andrew helped me to close my restate property purchase . He is professional, knowledgeable and great in communication. I greatly appreciated his advice and acting on his client's best interests to negotiate with the counter party to resolve challenging issues. His customer focus mentality and strong... skills in negotiation are invaluable and outstanding.

Great Real Estate Attorney

Andrew Coppo served as my attorney for a short sale on a property that owned. The bank holding the mortgage had many difficult procedures that had to be followed and the process took much longer than anticipated. However, Andrew kept me informed, was always in direct communication with me and made ...the process move efficiently and effectively. I was extremely pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone considering a short sale of their property.

Complex Sale

I was referred to Andrew by a broker specializing in short sales for a property in Worcester I had trouble selling. I didn't know much about the process, and the online research left me with more questions than answers. Andrew was terrific from the very first phone call - he patiently answered quest...ions and gave me the confidence to proceed with the sale. His expertise in this area was a relief to me. It wasn't easy - the back and forth with the bank was arduous, but Andrew's calm and professional demeanor kept the sale moving forward. He responded to all my emails, even while on vacation. He kept on top of the massive amounts of paperwork - guided me through what I needed to do and what I could bypass. He dealt directly with the bank, saving me from much aggravation. In the end, I was able to come up with the finances necessary to pull it out of the short sale and break even - Andrew handled the close for me. I don't know how I could've survived the sale without his expert help!

Calm in the Storm

My wife and I were referred to Andrew by a real estate agent we knew and it was a fortunate recommendation for us. Our initial plan was not to engage in a short sale, but ultimately this is where we ended up. We were very discouraged by the circumstances presented to us and leery of the process we we...re about to engage in. While the short sale process was a long and arduous one, we were expertly represented by Andrew Coppo. Like most lawyers, Andrew is very intelligent and fully aware of each technical nuance along the way. Where he differentiates himself is with his ability to explain complex situations to laypersons and to give us the peace of mind that he had all bases covered. Andrew was always available to us and he never made us feel that any of our questions were dumb questions. My wife and I are indebted to Andrew and we count him as a close colleague after going through so much with him. Anyone facing a short sale situation could not be better represented than by Andrew Coppo.
