In a world where Attorneys can get a bad name this guy is a everything they are not. I hired Andrew to represent me as the buyer on an extremely difficult short sale. I found him by luck searching for RE attorneys in my area. The sellers attorney, and especially the sellers broker were somewhat inc...ompetent in dealing with the issues and negotiating with the bank. They could not get anything done in a timely manner and left progress and bank negotiation at a stalemate for months. After much wasted time and frustration I found Andrew and offered the sellers his services to represent both sides neutrally and negotiate with the bank to get it to close. Well they agreed and it closed. There is not enough space in this block to say all the good things about this guy that I could. He is professional, personable and knows his specialty inside and out. He was responsive to every text, email or phone call ........even on weekends. He provided stellar service and is an ace in his field and you will not find a better guy to work with. If you have a short sale or difficult RE transaction this is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again in a minute.

I was referred to Andrew by a broker specializing in short sales for a property in Worcester I had trouble selling. It wasn't easy - the back and forth with the bank was arduous, but Andrew's calm and professional demeanor kept the sale moving forward. He responded to all my emails, even while on vacation. He kept on top of the massive amounts of paperwork - guided me through what I needed to do and what I could bypass. He dealt directly with the bank, saving me from much aggravation. In the end, I was able to come up with the finances necessary to pull it out of the short sale and break even - Andrew handled the close for me. I don't know how I could've survived the sale without his expert help!
