Attorney Beauvais was professional, thorough, communicative and took care of all filings and court appearances for me. I have been to small claims before without legal representation and always lost so this proves it pays to have an attorney. Attorneys Beauvais and Lou Saban were disappointed with the first judgement, appealed and won my case with triple damages awarded. I can't thank them enough. This was the most painless court experience I have ever experienced and feel that justice prevailed due to their representation. So very grateful Tom and Lou!

Like Ken, I can't get Tom to respond. I was supposed to receive my monies a month ago, and have not received anything as I write this. For the past three weeks, I've called and emailed Tom, without response. Ironically, I emailed Lou, and Tom finally responded with an email confirming my address. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Is that how professionalism works? This all started when they, Tom and Lou, eavesdropped on a conversation I was having with someone else, and they "felt" they could handle. Like a fool, I signed with them. Well, as fate would have it, Lou kept trying to change the terms of the agreement. I agreed three times, and it still wasn't enough. Here I am, more than three months later trying to get my money. I guess, at this point, the best advice I can give about Tom and Lou is to run...fast

Not only does this lawyer never answer his calls by a human voice and or phone, you have to leave a message. Then maybe if you are lucky you get an emailed response. Professionalism... NOPE. Not my idea of professional communication. Silence is no excuse for not returning calls. When my case was settled him and/or his partner, both got paid 1/3 of my settlement fees plus I paid the filing fees and my checks were returned to the DEFENDANT, my employer. So my release contract stated I would be paid within 10 business days. Today is business day 20 and I have still not been paid my settlement funds. My regular personal attorney called my employer and they returned the mail back into the postal system. You would think when a person is out of work with unemployment delayed that your own lawyer would understand the need for your settlement funds to received timely. However, no, the Defendant was allowed to violate the terms of the agreement of being paid within ten business day and today makes 20 business days because Thomas or Lou sent my checks back to the Defendant (Employer). The Defendant then put my checks back into snail mail. You would hope that your lawyer is professional enough to take your correct address after meeting you in person, singing representation forms, etc. You would think they know the address of the Defendant as well. Don't assume anything. This lawyer was more like the silent partner who has the malpractice insurance he shares, who doesn't have it. Too much ego and not enough common sense and zero people skills.

I came across Thomas Beauvais, Esq. through the Mass Legal website. In my case, he was a pro bono attorney for those with credit issues. Mr. Beauvais was direct but respectful in going over personal matters. He was prompt in the process and notified me of any actions taken on my behalf or by the court in a timely manner.

I have lived in a lodging house owned by a large non-profit agency in Boston for the past eight years. I have had to endure rodent infestation and unsanitary conditions. Finally, I filed a complaint on my own in Boston Housing Court. After the second hearing, I realized I needed an attorney. I went to the Volunteer Lawyer's Project and was provided with an excellent housing attorney. A month later, they referred Mr. Beauvais to me. Together, these two attorneys provided me with exceptional legal assistance. The case dragged on for twenty-two months; however, this past June we finally had our day in court. A two day, twelve person, jury trial was held and the jury deliberated for one hour and ten minutes. They returned a verdict on all counts in my favor and awarded me money damages.
Throughout the trial and preparation, I felt completely comfortable with his expertise and cheerful disposition. In all matters, he exceeded my wildest expectations. His closing argument to the jury was not a five star but a ten star!
Without hesitation, I would recommend Mr, Beauvais to my friends!

I would recommend Attorney Beauvais for many reasons: He listens attentively and keeps you informed with everything that is going on with your case. He is very good at explaining the law in terms you can understand. I have used Attorney Beauvais' representation in three different occasions and he has been very thorough and professional throughout the process. He is not afraid of big Corporations that use illegal tactics to collect debt. I am very grateful that I found Attorney Beauvais and he has made a tremendous difference in my life. He has given me my life back. I no longer get calls from Collection agencies and sleep better all thanks to him. I whole heartedly recommend Attorney Beauvais.

Thomas has been great. My wife and I have used him on two different occasions. Both times he provided sound advice, timely updates, and a resolution that we were happy with. He set realistic expectations and delivered on them.
