I am a consumer rights attorney in Eastern Massachusetts. I primarily represent individuals with obtaining refunds for defective vehicles and defend debt collection lawsuits. I also serve as litigation counsel for many Boston area bankruptcy attorneys, suing creditors who violate the bankruptcy code.
Outside of my practice, I am a weekly volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyer's Project's Fair Debt Collection Clinic. I am also an adjunct faculty member of Suffolk University Law School, where I serve as an instructor for the school's highly decorated National Trial Team.

Walks Away
When the going gets tough, he walks away. I've had an open case since late 2014, during which time he hardly ever communicated. He came to a deposition unprepared. I put up with it only because he did move the case along, for a while. However, I had to call the court for hearing dates, trial date...

Fantastic Representation
We had a pretty straight forward theft of wages case against a former employer. I had an initial meeting with Tom and Lou, they explained all of my options and I decided that the best course of action was to proceed with filing in small claims court. We received literally zero communication from my f...

Small claims non payment of wages

I have been to small claims before without legal representation and always lost so this proves it pays to have an attorney. Attorneys Beauvais and Lou Saban were disappointed with th...
