After we had become homeowners of a unit in a three-unit Townhouse, we learned of the wrongdoings of the previous owner of our unit and the owners of the other two condominiums. Right from the start Marco Sandonato reassured us that everything was going to be ok. He took the time to explain to us... what we did not understand and he always had a strategy with our best interest in mind. What really stood out to us, is how he found serious mistakes made by the previous lawyers and corrected them. Marco helped us to get out of this tangle with the other unit owners. He also recommended a great real-estate agent and supported us until our unit was sold. We were extremely happy with the outcome of it all. My personal experience with Marco was exactly what you'd want it to be. I contacted him, he gave me a fair and realistic expectation of how my case might go, and he got it DONE! I did not have to do any legwork (he did everything) and he got me a result that put me at great ease - I was extremely str...essed but his advice and presence was absolutely critical. My issue was that I needed to disentangled my daughter from some sublease tenants and it was a delicate matter involving roommates. Of course, as a dad I wanted someone who was perfectly capable with no margin for error. Marco's charges are very reasonable, and I'm very happy that I worked with him though I had other options. In retrospect I would have done nothing differently, except perhaps called Marco earlier ! I realized that a great attorney can really go an incredibly long way. Marco also has the benefit of having a lot of incredible experience in the Boston Housing market. Marco is a great value and I personally am very happy that I dealt with him. I would not hesitate to recommend him, though I do have very high standards.
