When I was first found out I was being indicted on criminal charges all the good outcome doors kinda closed for me. However Austin never faltered, he found us a window. No matter how many times I needed him to repeatdley explain what happened at my court dates he always made sure I understand all tha...t was going on with my case with genuine patience and tolerance. He also endured my blind mothers long mispelled anxious texts and resonded in a quick and timely manner. Returned every phone call without fail. He never ceased to demand justice in the court room for me and my rights when the superior court judge didn't want to release me but had lack of jurisdiction to hold me any longer. Although my case was probono he treated me and my family as if we were any of his other paying clients. When all you have is one phone call it should be to Austin Tzeng! my fiance and i are currently using austin as my fiances lawyer and i have absolutely no complaints about this man. he is an amazing lawyer and an understanding individual. he is not afraid to go against the judicial system when he feels the system is wrong and he will go above and beyond. there has ...been plenty of times i have called his office and if he wasnt in i would still get a speedy call back from him. when we were unable to make it to court due to a snowstorm, he didnt force us to go, he went in to the courts and asked for another date, when i was sick at one of the court dates and gave him a slight attitude he didnt hold it against me, he knows his stuff and has showed us plenty of paperwork regarding my fiances case. this man is intelligent and trustworthy and i would give him 10 stars if i was allowed to.

Austin Tzeng represented me in a criminal defense matter in the Cambridge District Court. During his representation, I underwent an evaluation by the Court's Clinical Psychologist, who found that I was not competent to stand trial, and who recommended further evaluation to determine competency. Thi...s evaluation and report was suppressed by the judge, who ordered the case to trial. Austin Tzeng was aware of the interview, evaluation, report, and published recommendation that a trial should NOT be held, pending resolution of the question of doubt concerning my so-called competence. Attorney Tzeng either made no effort to obtain the published and completed report during the period of his connection with the case; nor did he provide continuity and sufficient background concerning this issue to successor counsel. As a result of the wrongfulness of the trial and its constitutional defects, Trial Judge made a finding of ineffective assistance of counsel and has remanded the case back to the Court for re-trial.
