Austin was recommended by an attorney-friend who could not represent my son for a small charge with a fake ID. Austin could not have been anymore helpful. He walked us through the entire process and then spoke to my teenage son alone. My son really liked him and felt he could relate easily to Aust...in. We met before a Clerk Magistrate and the hearing went incredibly smoothly with minor consequences for my son (community service) and the case was dismissed. More importantly, Austin was supportive to my son and really counseled him. He never ceased to demand justice in the court room for me and my rights when the superior court judge didn't want to release me but had lack of jurisdiction to hold me any longer. my fiance and i are currently using austin as my fiances lawyer and i have absolutely no complaints about this man. he is an amazing lawyer and an understanding individual. he is not afraid to go against the judicial system when he feels the system is wrong and he will go above and beyond. there has ...been plenty of times i have called his office and if he wasnt in i would still get a speedy call back from him. when we were unable to make it to court due to a snowstorm, he didnt force us to go, he went in to the courts and asked for another date, when i was sick at one of the court dates and gave him a slight attitude he didnt hold it against me, he knows his stuff and has showed us plenty of paperwork regarding my fiances case. this man is intelligent and trustworthy and i would give him 10 stars if i was allowed to.
