I took my chances and called an attorney I know in Boston and he referred me to someone else. I felt $4500 was too much to represent my daughter in a auto citation for not having Mass Auto Insurance (She did have California Auto Insurance) she got one day before she moved from Boston to LA. So I did ...my own investigation on-line. I found Mr Goldwyn on-line and I am so glad I stuck it out with him. He was polite, truthful, honest and he actually cared. My daughter did not have to appear in court for the arraignment, Mr Goldwyn represented her, they dropped the charges and we paid $100 to the Cambridge Court. I will recommend him to all the people I know in Boston!

In my honest opinion I found Mr. Goldwyn to be one of the most adept lawyers anyone could hire. Not only was he efficient & professional but extremely courteous & considerate. Keeping me informed every step of the way & always making himself available to answer any questions I may have. I would cert...ainly recommend him to anyone in need of representation with the up most confidence. God forbid I should ever find myself or anyone I love facing any legal issues in the future he would undoubtedly be the first person I would call. Hired mr goldwyn in march 2012 for car accident I was in that i found out I was being double surcharged on and had a ticket from a year before that and in crapachusetts 3 in two yrs they suspend your licence. He assured me that state doesn't like to double dip and that my case was cut and dry and he... saw no foreseeable reason that I would not win. Well that led me into months of the worse stress and aggravation than I had ever had. Nothing was done professionally I never received copies of anything he supposedly did or completed I had to email him for updates his responses were so inarticulate that my husband and father who is a architect could make very little sense of.I would sit there stare at my email going huh??? This is coming from someone educated and supposedly well versed no way. He was irritating to deal with in that when talking to him you never got your questions answered in a cut and dry manner you hung up confused nervous because I have paid this man a large sum of money and have no confidence that he will do as promised. Needless to say I lost. He couldn't drop the citation but I received no documentation that he even went and fought it, when the hearing came for insurance company he told me to let him do the talking I was like well that is what I am paying you for. When we got inside he literally was talking in circles I felt as though I was his first client and I knew I was done for. He kept looking to me to talk and represent myself which I was not prepared to do so being that gee I had hired mr. clueless to do that for me. It was a horrid experience I could have saved myself $1500.00 and just gone to the hearing on my own.

i was unsure of my choice after reading previous reviews. However, I hired steven and he did all that he promised and more. We were in the hearing today and he didn't accept the clerks offer and defended our stance and won. We have one more appearance for a surcharge and i am very confident in Ste...ven's ability. He presents himself very well and always has been responsive to my communications. He is knowledgable and knows the system. This is my first time in the courts for traffic tickets and have never had a lawyer for this type of work, i would use him again and hope i won't need to
