I am a New Jersey driver and was handed a ticket unjustly while driving back on Soldiers Field Road. I was very upset about it, and wanted to fight it myself; however, I soon found out that traffic tickets are handled very differently in MA than they are in NJ. At the 11th hour before my first court ...appearance, I tried to find an attorney to assist me (and also charge reasonably). I found Steven online and we talked on the phone about my case. He was very courteous and was fast-thinking, which made a positive impression - - even at 11pm! Shortly after being retained, he sent me a lengthy e-mail asking me for further information regarding the ticket. Steven reviewed my e-mail meticulously and also followed-up with me and had a very good understanding of my case. Even though I retained him the night before I was scheduled to appear, he went to court for me and was able to successfully post-pone my hearing to a later date which gave us more time to prepare for my hearing. Although Steven advised me that I did not have to appear for my hearing date, he did also advise me that it would be a good idea if I was able to make it; I took his advice and met him at the courthouse. Although my court date was initially pushed back to a much later date, Steven remembered all the facts of my case and also reviewed with me his proposed strategy. I obviously took his advice and the hearing couldn't have gone more smoothly and positively. The ticket was completely dropped! He is an excellent attorney and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

I hired Steven during the course of a messy divorce, where my ex-wife falsely accused me of violating a no-contact order. I called Steven on a weekend, was very impressed by his responses and as to why I had a good case, and hired him on the spot. My case was dismissed at the clerk-magistrate hea...ring, even before a criminal complaint was issued! Needless to say, I am thrilled. Steven is extremely competent, very responsive and is very sharp. He is an exemplary attorney, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Hired mr goldwyn in march 2012 for car accident I was in that i found out I was being double surcharged on and had a ticket from a year before that and in crapachusetts 3 in two yrs they suspend your licence. He assured me that state doesn't like to double dip and that my case was cut and dry and he... saw no foreseeable reason that I would not win. Well that led me into months of the worse stress and aggravation than I had ever had. Nothing was done professionally I never received copies of anything he supposedly did or completed I had to email him for updates his responses were so inarticulate that my husband and father who is a architect could make very little sense of.I would sit there stare at my email going huh??? This is coming from someone educated and supposedly well versed no way. He was irritating to deal with in that when talking to him you never got your questions answered in a cut and dry manner you hung up confused nervous because I have paid this man a large sum of money and have no confidence that he will do as promised. Needless to say I lost. He couldn't drop the citation but I received no documentation that he even went and fought it, when the hearing came for insurance company he told me to let him do the talking I was like well that is what I am paying you for. When we got inside he literally was talking in circles I felt as though I was his first client and I knew I was done for. He kept looking to me to talk and represent myself which I was not prepared to do so being that gee I had hired mr. clueless to do that for me. It was a horrid experience I could have saved myself $1500.00 and just gone to the hearing on my own.

i was unsure of my choice after reading previous reviews. However, I hired steven and he did all that he promised and more. We were in the hearing today and he didn't accept the clerks offer and defended our stance and won. We have one more appearance for a surcharge and i am very confident in Ste...ven's ability. He presents himself very well and always has been responsive to my communications. He is knowledgable and knows the system. This is my first time in the courts for traffic tickets and have never had a lawyer for this type of work, i would use him again and hope i won't need to
