Ms. Cusack is a very straightforward and dedicated attorney. When I met her she told me from the start what she planned to do, as far as advocating for a motion to suppress(and she was very honest with me and told me she couldn’t make any promises or guarantees, but also that she was very confident a...nd would do her best), and she did just that, she filed for the motion after diligently getting all of the discovery, and we were granted the motion, which in turn, got my case dismissed.

Attorney Cusack is the best attorney I had the pleasure of working with. She is honest, ethical, and extremely intelligent. Her communication skills stand out from other attorneys as well as a professional. After receiving a Massachusetts Uniform Citation with 3 offenses, I decided to seek legal representation. After calling a few different attorneys, I was impressed with Kelly.
