Attorney Bellotti began his career as a former senior assistant district attorney for Middlesex County. As his long practice and impressive record of success shows, Attorney Bellotti is one of the Commonwealth’s foremost trial attorneys in civil and criminal litigation. In 1989, Attorney Bellotti transferred his skills into private practice when he opened Bellotti Law Group (then known as Bellotti & Barretto, before Attorney James Barretto was nominated by Governor Deval Patrick and later accepted a judgship as Associate Justice of the Massachusetts District Court). After decades of successful practice, Peter has gained unique experience, valuable insight, and a keen perspective on nearly every facet and nuance of litigation, while losing none of the enthusiasm, diligence, and meticulousness he possessed as a younger attorney. Peter built Bellotti Law Group on the promise of being client focused and results driven. He has never strayed from that belief and practices law daily with those ideals in mind.

Attorney Bellotti has more than 15 years experience with personal injury cases and cases that involve catastrophic injuries. For the past ten years, he has been an adjunct professor of Constitutional Law at Curry College in the Department of Government and History. He is also a keynote speaker and lecturer on various topics of law, namely Constitutional issues, whose speaking engagements has been enjoyed by thousands in attendance and in syndication.
