I am myself an attorney and retained Nancy and her colleague Jordana to represent me in a contentious and complex divorce. My confidence in them never wavered and they protected me throughout the process. Nancy is experienced, savvy and smart, and it was apparent to me that she has earned the respect... of her peers, adversaries and the Judges she appears in front of. I have referred other friends and lawyers to Nancy as clients, all of whom were grateful to me since they uniformly had the same positive experience as I did.

Nancy and her associate Meghan helped me sail seamlessly through what would have been an emotionally draining process without their help. They were personable, upfront, accessible, and extremely accommodating. They are a beacon of integrity and compassion. Hopefully I will never have to use them ag...ain( except for a pre nup agreement) but I would contact them in a heartbeat should lightning strike twice. I have already recommended them to friends and family. If you go with cheaper less experienced attorneys than this firm you will pay for it in the end.

My experience with Nancy was a very good one, particularly under the circumstances of my divorce. I had hired an attorney prior to Nancy who would sometimes respond with one word when I would expect a little more information; That attorney did not really understand or "get" the nuances of my particu...lar situation. Nancy got it right away. I hired her over the phone. She has a commanding tone of voice, yet pleasant and business like. The timbre and cadence of an attorney's voice is important to me. Any advantage, right? I feel satisfied with the outcome of my situation. I had some complicated waters to get through. Nancy, her assistant Jordana, and staff were all easy to work with, professional, and too the point. Nancy is a busy attorney. This not surprising to me given her strength of character and keen understanding of Family Law. As such, I would often confer with Jordana if I had a questions. Jordana is a stellar attorney in her own right. I had full confidence in Jordana. Having said that, if I wanted to speak with Nancy she made time for me. Everytime. Absolutely. Plus, as others have said, Nancy and her staff are compassionate and eager to help. I cannot recommend Nancy Baskin and her team enough.

Nancy helped me through a contentious, if "uncontested" divorce. She provided me good guidance for navigating both legal and interpersonal matters with my ex, negotiated well on my behalf, and got me through to a fair settlement. Given how stressful the divorce was for me, she also managed to be an... empathic ear, and a great support, for which I am also grateful.
