Nancy was very helpful while I was considering her as an attorney. However, after I wrote the check for the retainer, I could never get her on the phone. When I did finally get her she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I had to repeat facts and correct her. I finally went to another atto...rney.

Nancy got me through the most difficult time in my life with skill and compassion. She quickly grasped and skillfully negotiated both complex financial issues in my business and the difficult custody issues I was facing. She outmaneuvered an extremely aggressive lawyer on the other side. She did it... all efficiently and treated me with kindness and dignity. Her advice to me was practical and I especially appreciated how she kept me from going down roads that would have wasted time and money for me. I couldn't have been more pleased with her representation and the result. I felt very lucky I had her in my corner as I went through this experience.

Nancy made a good first imprssion and appeared competant. She reviewed my first draft by husband's lawyer quickly and had good suggestions. HOWEVER, when it came to revising the document on several simple points I waited OVER TWO MONTHS with absolutely no progress. Furthermore, during this time sh...e continueally lied to me; each week emailing that she was close to final draft, and would will get it to me later this week. So many promises for "a few days". ALL Bullshit; I have yet to see anything produced from this office except lies.

Not only is Attorney Baskin professional, but she is compassionate to her clients and displays that by always looking out for their best interests and in her thoroughness. You can rely on her to effectively manage the negotiations and trust her implicitly...which means you don't have to worry as much.... She has a unique capability of being strongly convincing in an inviting/appealing manner which means that people (e.g. judges, opposing counsel & client) listen to her when she speaks. She is effective and efficient at her job and is more than pleasant to talk with her, as well as her staff. I am truly fortunate to have had Nancy represent me. I can positively recommend her without hesitation.
