This past winter I received a ticket for not yielding to pedestrians appropriately in a cross walk at an intersection with a traffic light - where I had a green light and the pedestrians had a Do Not Walk sign. I knew I was in the right, but the law is not exactly clear in this situation. I hired Att...orney Coughlin and requested a court hearing. Chris helped me make those phone calls. I was floored by his generosity. Once I was enrolled, the last piece was to go to the RMV to apply for a hardship...Naturally this is a stressful event. Chris suggested I come to his office so we could review all the documents. I did. He was confident that I would not have any issues at the RMV, but I wasn't so sure. I asked him if he'd be willing to go to the RMV with me, and, naturally, he did. It was a total of 6 days from when I had my license suspended until I was able to get a hardship issued....6 days....and there was a holiday and a weekend sandwiched in. I'm certain this is not typical. Obviously if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't drive my car. If you experience the same lapse in judgment as I did, you NEED to get Chris on your team. This man is brilliant and experienced. He managed to take an extremely stressful situation for me and make it a lot more tolerable. I am forever in his debt.....

My fiance was pulled over on New Years Eve - he had a few drinks earlier in the night, but stopped drinking so he could drive. The cop asked him to take a field sobriety test, then to take a breathalyzer. He blew a .09 and was arrested. Neither of us had been in that situation before and had NO idea ...what to do. We were freaked out and the worst case scenario was playing over and over in our heads - he would loose his license for a year, we would have to pay heavy fines, and he would have a permanent black mark on his record. We were both very pleased at the cool, calm, and collected appearance Chris kept through the entire trial, even when the witnesses were visibly ruffled by his questioning. In our opinion, his chess-like decisions throughout the trial were an integral part of receiving the “not guilty”. We realize that this is all in a day’s work for Chris and his team, but this was something very out of the ordinary for us. That being said, what are undoubtedly day-to-day tasks for him are things we never would have thought of. Chris really helped us when we needed it most, and for that we will be eternally grateful. If you are in any sort of legal trouble, I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. If you don't know what to do - don't worry, they do. If you aren't sure how to proceed - it's ok, they'll help you. If you're having doubts about hiring his legal team - don't, they are the best.
