I am a fomer prosecuter with over 10 years and 100 trials worth of experience. As a prosecutor I handled thousands of criminal cases. Having played on both sides of the field helps me anticipate what the other side is thinking.

Replied last November 15, 2017This client was facing up to life in prison. During the trial the prosecution and witnesses were trying to manufacture evidence. We lost every pretrial motion and it appeared as though the judge was ready to send out client to prison for the better part of the rest of his life. Fortunately the jury listened to the evidence and wasn't buying it. They found the client "not guilty" on all 8 counts. It was a very emotional case and trial. We couldn't be happier for the client and his family. The trial was in Lowell Superior Court.
