I have a demonstrated commitment to advancing the rights of workers in Massachusetts and beyond. Over the past 20 years, in addition to handling hundreds of cases on behalf of employees, I have demonstrated that commitment by co-founding Fair Work, P.C., a firm focused on employee rights; co-founding Fair Employment Project, Inc., a non-profit whose mission is to provide legal information and counseling to workers who cannot otherwise get legal assistance; developing and teaching employment law courses at Harvard Law School; helping to develop the Employment Civil Rights Clinic at Harvard Law School; and speaking and writing on employment law issues.
